COMMISSION TERMS
• Please provide a detailed description of your request and deadline. Reference images are required.
• Unclear briefs or requests beyond my capabilities may be declined.
• Turnaround time will take from 1 to 3 months depending on my workload and the complexity of the request.PAYMENT
• Payment method: Paypal
• I will start sketching after receiving at least 50% of the payment.
• Full payment is required within 72 hours since color sketch approval, otherwise the order will be cancelled without refunding.WORKFLOW
• Client submits request and pays at least 50% upfront.
• Composition sketch → Feedback/revision.
• Color sketch → Feedback/revision → Full payment → Rendering.
• Final preview → High-res file delivery.REVISION
• 2 free edits each at composition sketch and color sketch stage.
• Major changes like concept or character alterations will be charged an additional 20-50% fee.COPYRIGHTS & USAGE
• Artist:
- Retain full copyright, including portfolio/social media/promotional use, except for private commissions.
• Clients:
- Personal, non-commercial use only, unless requesting commercial commission upfront.
- Tracing, copying, editing, resaling is prohibited.
- Using for AI and NFTs is strictly prohibited.CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
• Artist-initiated:
- 100% refund for personal reasons or unavoidable cancellations.
• Client-initiated:
- 100% refund for cancellations before the work begins.
- Partial refund when the work is in progress (70% after sketch, 50% after color sketch)
- No refund after 72 hours since color sketch approval.
